What will you receive after purchasing?
All Neodynamic products are delivered via ESD (Electronic Software Delivery)
only i.e. there will be NO shipment of goods. After purchasing you will receive
instructions for downloading the purchased software as well as the license
information by email.

How quickly is the software delivered?
You will receive the download instructions as well as the license information
within one business day (often within a few hours) after you placing your
order. This period of time depends on the anti-fraud verification process that
our Order Processing Partner companies perform.

What is the Neodynamic Refund/Money Back Policy?
All our Trial Versions allow you to test and explore the complete functionality
of our Products under development as well as production scenarios without
restrictions – there are no disabled features or expiry date (only a TRIAL
legend will appear on the products output at runtime). We think that this
should allow any potential customer to fully test and familiarize themselves
with the product before making a purchase decision. Once the software and license
information has been delivered to you, we do not provide refunds.
