
Danish Postal 39 is used by Danish
Postal Service (Post Danmark A/S) for tracking Domestic and International
Parcels. It based on Code 39 barcode symbology. Domestic barcodes normally
consist of 11 digits followed by the letters DK, e.g. 12345678912DK while
International barcodes are always preceded by the letters CC. The data content
of the Danish Postal 39 barcode is 10-digit number or two-letters (CC, CK, CO,
or CU) + 8-digit number; all followed by a 1-digit checksum which is
automatically calculated and encoded by Barcode Professional.
