Products Origin

Neodynamic is based in Argentina and all its software products are designed, developed and maintained in Argentina.

Neodynamic makes no warranty or representation that these classifications are accurate, current, or complete. It is your responsibility if re-exporting our software, included with your own, to comply with applicable requirements of your local export rules and regulations.

Products Classifications

  • For all products titled as SDK/Component, for .NET/ASP.NET, for SSRS, for PHP, for Blazor, WebAPI for Docker, and Virtual Printer Driver

    Any of these product lines do not implement nor provide proprietary cryptographic functionality and rely only on standard .NET/SSRS/PHP runtime libraries, and some of them, also depends on the open-source graphics libraries SkiaSharp and HarfBuzzSharp for rendering purposes.

    • For U.S. export control purposes under the Export Administration Regulations administered by the US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), these products are self-classified as: EAR99 No export license is required for export to the European Union, subject to applicable sanctions and restricted party screening requirements.
    • For EU export control purposes, the products are not listed in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2021/821 and are therefore not subject to EU dual-use export controls.
  • For JSPrintManager Client App

    The JSPrintManager Client app is commercial software application. The product enables secure communication between browser-based applications and local client peripheral devices like printers, scanners, scales, etc. The software implements standard, publicly available encryption algorithms (e.g., TLS/SSL using AES/RSA) to secure communications. It does not implement proprietary or non-standard cryptographic algorithms and is not designed for military, governmental classified, or specialized cryptographic applications.

    • For U.S. export control purposes under the Export Administration Regulations administered by the US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), the product is self-classified as: ECCN 5D992.c – Mass Market Encryption Software Exports to the European Union are eligible for No License Required (NLR), subject to applicable sanctions and restricted party screening requirements.
    • For EU export control purposes, under the Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2021/821, the product constitutes mass-market encryption software and is not subject to EU export licensing requirements for export to the European Union.
